Astro has joined the Lac Teeples Observatory as a volunteer while he completes his studies at the PetSmart Obedience School. Astro was born on January 26, 2024 so he was less than 15 weeks old when he began his work with the Observatory. He was originally from a farm near Carleton Place. He moved to Ottawa on April 11.
Astro is a keen astronomer who will be learning on the job while completing his studies.
Astro is enjoying his independence. He is a keen hiker and will be taking up swimming as soon as the lakes warm up a bit.
