Public Displays: Hanabi Restaurant

Our friendly neighborhood restaurant, Hanabi Japanese Cuisine, has offered a prime location in their restaurant to display some of the work of Astro's Photography.

Hanabi Japanese Cuisine, where authentic Japanese flavors come to life in a vibrant and inviting setting. Located in the heart of the city at 434 Bank Street, Ottawa. Hanabi is your destination for an unforgettable culinary experience.

From October 31, 2024 through early February 2025 images of the Subaru star cluster (AKA Pleiades), Hanabi Galaxy (AKA Fireworks Galaxy), Heart Nebula and the Eastern Veil Nebula were on display. All images were printed on aluminum sheet in a 16x24 format (16x16 for the Heart).

As of February 4, 2025 the images have been changed to the North America Nebula, Andromeda Galaxy, Whirlpool Galaxy and the Bubble Nebula.

The images will be refreshed in April or May 2025.
